I'm a freak for accessories. I probably have anywhere between 30 and 40 scarves, 25 to 30 bracelets and even more earrings and necklaces...and lets not start on the shoes and purses.
I can't pick a favorite accessory but bracelets and watches would definitely be close to the top of the list. I usually wear multiple bracelets because I love the stacked look. So here is my Pinterest arm candy.
That's me on the bottom!

Cham-who? Chambray!
Can someone please tell me the difference between "Chambray" and "Denim"?? They look the same to me, but regardless the Chambray trend is everywhere. It's definitely a trend I wanted to try. I usually see it in a monochromatic scheme.
Ralph Lauren runway does it right but on me it would be "Yeah Right". I'm only for monochromatic when its all black.
I decided to go for it.
The curvy one is me!
This look was easy, comfy, and pretty cute if you ask me.
Shirt: Daddy's closet (the next time you have the opportunity, men's closets hold a lot of comfy, fashionable, and cute clothes)
Leggings: INC (Macy's)
Tank: Under Armour
Boot Socks: Target
Boots: Kohl's
I definitely would suggest trying this outfit. I don't think you can go wrong. The secret for us curvy girls is to get an oversized shirt to make it more comfy and flattering with the leggings.
Good luck!

Coming Soon: The Gift
So I am totally revamping my blog which is extra exciting. I'm constantly looking on Pinterest for outfit ideas for work, play, and what ever else. I kind of live in the Women's Fashion category. I have been blessed with the gift of styling, basically I can take a normal outfit and make it work for different body types. With this gift I end up being everyones personal shopper. I can't lie, its a pretty fun gig.
During my exploration on Pinterest, I'm always seeing cute outfits on real people but there is one issue. They ALL have the same body type...tall, thin, modelesque. Don't get me wrong, thats all well and good but I have boobs and butt and I need those cute outfits to translate. I can do it for me and I'd like to share that with others. So part of my blog revamp will be focusing on these outfits. I'm pumped!
I've already started to put some things together already so look for new stuff this week!!!

Obsessed
As usual, I've found a few things that I'm obsessing over right now and I thought I would share because there is no need to be selfish!
My new bedspread from IKEA. LOVE! First of all it was only $40 and suddenly I've been sleeping a lot better. I usually don't decorate so girly but I'm loving this!
If you get nothing else out of this blog, go buy this dip. One of my coworkers introduced me to it and I've been addicted ever since. It's spicy and delicious. I'm trying to encourage everyone to buy it since it's a limited edition. I figure if tons of people buy it then they'll keep it around. SO GOOD. You can buy it at Publix. Find one near you NOW! (Apparently Publix is only in the southeast so if there isn't one near you I'll mail you some!)
I noticed the left side of my face is constantly breaking out (which is abnormal for me because I'm blessed with really good skin) and I realized that I always hold my phone on that side. With the way work has been lately I'm ALWAYS on the phone (thank the Lord for unlimited minutes!) I started using my earbuds for talking and LOVE them. The sound is so clear, I can use my hands for other stuff, and my face can breathe! Yay!
I used to think it was crap that bottled water tastes better than tap water. I'm all about some good 'ol faucet water (I mean my mom works for the water department so it's gotta be okay!) but I decided to get Smartwater out of the blue one day and it is DELICIOUS. I mean it has this great crisp, clean, refreshing taste and I'm obsessed...even if it is a cool 1.79 a bottle...ouch. But it's worth every penny.
Finally, I'm totally obsessed with instagram (if you can't tell from my multiple instagrammed photos) It's probably the coolest app I have.
What are you obsessed right now? Share!

I love Sharpie pens and will only use them at work when taking notes. Last week when hanging out at my local wally-world I discovered that Sharpie is now making these suckers in purple, also known as my new favorite color. Let's just say all of my notes since last Thursday look alike.

Say No To Granny Panties
I don't usually make New Year's resolutions but this year I did promise to make some changes starting with Granny Panties.
Yes it's true. This fashionable, outgoing, young, woman is guilty of rocking plain black cotton GP's. To be honest, this really just started happening as I gained weight. Cute undies didn't fit well and were uncomfortable and the GP's covered the whole of my big ass. I felt like I was being fair if I only purchased black ones
(cut to that scene in Ten Things I Hate About You where she says that you only own black underwear if you want someone to see them)
(tangent: best quote of that movie is "I know you can be overwhelmed and you can be underwhelmed...but can you just be whelmed?")
I DIGRESS...
Since there is nothing young, fab, or free about GP's (or VPL for that matter)...I decided that I will be completely revamping my entire undie drawer. Let's face it, the better you look the better you feel. This definitely goes for what's underneath as well...even if nobody ever sees it. So maybe I won't look like I just stepped off a Vicki's runway, but I sure as heck will feel like it and who couldn't use that confidence boost? So thats it, I'm done with GP's...except in laundry emergencies (aka I've been to lazy to laundry and these are the only underwear I have left).
It's decided...
SAY NO TO GRANNY PANTIES!

This is Number One
Yay! My first official blog post! Woot! I hope someone reads it (other than me ofcourse). I kept a blog for a little bit in college and I've written a steady blog for the last six months over at Sparkpeople. (view my page and read my blogs here). That blog is mostly about weightloss and little bit about life.
My goal is for this blog is to be a little bit about everything. Fashion, life as a single 20-something, career, health and fitness, and other relevant life stuff.
Anyway enough with the jib-jab...on to my first post...
It's Saturday!!! The weekends are a relatively new concept for me because as long as I've had a job its been in a retail store (or waiting tables). My current job (as a Merchandise Planner for a local Sports Retailer) has opened my eyes to Monday through Friday work weeks! Welcome to corporate America! The only thing that I dislike about weekends is that they go by way to fast.
I don't really have anything special planned this weekend except visiting my favorite place, THE MALL. There are some fashion trends that I'm dying to take part in so I've got a little shopping list in mind.
Cobalt Blue:
I already own a pair of Cobalt Blue denim. I've worn them once but I love this color and I love this trend. I'm thinking something I can wear more than once a month...like flats
I wear a lot of flats to work because I spend a lot of time walking my stores and remerchandising so the more the merrier. Also, these can be worn with just about any color pant which is great. How cute with dark denim or black skinnies and a yellow cardigan?
I didn't think that I would love this trend when I first saw it. But it's really started to grow on me mainly because I doubled my boot collection this past fall (I avoided boots before because I have insanley large calves) and also because these things keep your feet so WARM. Since losing weight, I have this new found issue of always being cold and this really helped with my cold toes-ies. I need a pair of gray ones and another wild color.
I've wanted to get a hat (and pull it off) for a while, I love the preppy look of the white button up paired with the edgy leather jacket. And since I'm a celeb in my own mind the cool-kid sunglasses are a must.
I also need a new pair of black leggings, a neon skinny belt, and a cute sweater or two. Now the question remains...can I do this all for under $150??
